The Inner Me series is grounded in youth development and fosters self-reflection and resiliency through yoga principals learned on the mat. 

Led by a certified yoga, the trauma-informed program is designed to develop a strong sense of personal development and self-awareness. Students spend nine weeks journaling, covering topics such as stress, responsibility, and coping mechanisms. The sessions foster healthier minds, bodies, and self-esteem through a combination of journaling and yoga practice.
