Yay, another dine out fundraiser! We hope to see you there. Participation is simple, order at this Chipotle location (5001 Peachtree Blvd, Ste 1010, Chamblee, GA 30341) between 5 and 9pm on Monday September 25th and show the fundraiser flyer (hard copy or on your phone) or tell the cashier at checkout that you're there for a fundraiser before you pay! 

You can also order online! Make sure to order on Mon. Sept. 25th 5-9pm from the Chamblee Chipotle and enter the online ordering code! Only purchases with the online ordering code will count. Our online ordering code is: QPGDW4P

Please Note: 

If you don’t tell the cashier, our organization won’t get credit for the sale. 

Gift cards purchased during fundraisers do not count towards total donated sales, but purchases made with an existing gift card will count.
