The Unleash Your Inner Goddess series fosters self-reflection and resiliency through yoga principles

Led by a certified & trauma-informed yoga instructor, Linda Chen, this program is designed to develop a strong sense of personal development and self-awareness.

Our yoga and self-discovery workshops are an imbedded series featuring journal prompts and trauma-informed yoga across 9 weeks throughout the fall, spring, and summer workshops. Students respond to journal prompts which cover topics like stress, responsibility, and coping mechanisms.
